The Owner of Radius Real Estate, whom we had designed multiple residential developments for, entrusted us to take care of his family home.

A four-level penthouse in Mumbai, the layout of each room was designed using the principles of Vastu Shastra, an ancient Indian science of architecture and design, focusing on the harmonious arrangement of spaces to promote health, prosperity, and well-being.

Having visited the Salone Del Mobile fair in Milan that year, the Client wanted the latest creations of the top Italian and European designer furniture brands.

The fully bespoke feature staircase was the most challenging aspect of the design, with a smooth oval curve that blended into a double height bookshelf, each step was almost unique in shape and size.
